Terms of Service.
The terms governing your use of aundigital.com. Last updated: August 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aundigital.com ("the site"), operated by AUN Digital, the technology arm of Advocacy Unified Network ("AUN Digital", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the site
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and browse this site for lawful purposes — learning about AUN Digital, our work, and getting in touch. You may quote and share content from this site with attribution and a link back; systematic scraping, bulk reproduction, or use of this site's content to train a commercial model requires our prior written permission.
2. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive purposes, or to impersonate AUN Digital, its staff, or any person;
- interfere with the operation or security of the site, probe or attempt to breach it, introduce malware, or place disproportionate load on our infrastructure;
- submit false or misleading information through the contact form, or use it to harvest data about others;
- misrepresent your affiliation with AUN Digital or Advocacy Unified Network.
We may block access, at our discretion, where we reasonably believe these Terms are breached.
3. Contact form submissions and enquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, engagement, or obligation on either side — it starts a conversation. Any actual engagement (a paid or in-kind project) is governed by a separate written agreement between you and AUN Digital or Advocacy Unified Network, not by these Terms. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to provide; see our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
4. Content, no advice, and third-party links
Content on this site — descriptions of our work, our products, and the AUN ecosystem — is published in good faith and reflects our understanding at the time of publication. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Links to third-party sites, including other properties in the AUN ecosystem, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
5. Intellectual property
The design, code, and original content of this site belong to AUN Digital or its licensors and are protected by copyright. The AUN name, marks, and logos belong to Advocacy Unified Network. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you beyond the limited licence to browse the site described in Section 1.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUN Digital and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intent or gross negligence.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes arising from or connected with this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of The Hague, the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on this page; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement regarding use of this site.
